These terms govern the bidding, acquisition, and use of Goldmine Premium URLs offered by Dfecho. By participating in this offer, you agree to abide by these terms in addition to Dfecho’s General Terms and Policies.

What We Offer

Dfecho Goldmine provides access to exclusive Digital Real Estate Opportunities in the form of Premium URLs on Dfecho.com. These include brandable, memorable, and prime keywords like:

You may bid to claim any available Premium URL that aligns with your vision. Once acquired, you may use it, lease it, or trade it—forever.

Bid & Sales Conditions

Premium URLs are available under three flexible acquisition models:

- All bids are subject to approval.
- Lease plans grant usage rights but not ownership.
- Lifetime Ownership grants full rights to use, transfer, and trade the Premium URL for a lifetime.

Transfer and Resell

Lifetime Owners of Premium URLs may transfer or resell their digital assets under the following conditions:

Ownership Transfer

• Ownership transfers must be initiated by the rightful owner submitting a formal request to Dfecho.

• Transfers are subject to approval and name change to ensure compliance with platform policies.

Resell & Trading Options

1. Direct Resell

   • Owners may sell their Premium URL directly to another party.

   • Dfecho must be notified to update ownership records. 

   • All Premium URLs sold to a third party outside of Dfecho Aftermarket Service will be subject to a one-time Transfer of Ownership Administration fee of $20. 

2. Dfecho Aftermarket Service

   • Asset Owners may submit a free request to list their Premium URL and Dfecho sub-domain names for trading through Dfecho Aftermarket Service.

   • Dfecho Aftermarket facilitates the secure trading of Dfecho sub-domain names and Premium URL Assets to buyers worldwide. Buyers transact directly with Dfecho, and the identity of the Asset Owner is protected and not disclosed publicly.

Restrictions & Exclusions

Trademark Protection
Dfecho prioritizes trademark holders. Requests for URLs that match active registered trademarks will be granted only to legal trademark owners.

Ethical Use Policy
We reserve the right to reject any bid or usage that violates our values. This includes—but is not limited to—Premium URLs intended for:

- Adult content
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Terrorism or violence
- Drug-related activities
- Weapons or harassment
- Child exploitation
