The recalled butter comes in 8-ounce packages (two 4-ounce sticks) with a Best By date of September 9, 2025, and a lot code of 090925-055. The affected product was distributed in Arkansas, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
While 99.5% of the product has been recovered, a few packages may still be in circulation. If you have purchased this butter, please stop using it immediately and either discard it or return it to the store for a refund.
