These Terms of Participation (“Terms”) govern your involvement in the Golden Deals Exhibition (GDE) hosted on the Dfecho All-media digital space at Dfecho.com. By registering for or participating in GDE, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Dfecho General Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all Businesses, Creators, Professionals, and Local Shops (“Exhibitors”).

1. Eligibility

Participation in GDE is open to the following categories:

Businesses (registered companies, brands, commercial entities)
Local Shops (brick‑and‑mortar stores offering physical goods or in‑person services)
Professionals (experts, service providers, consultants, skilled workers)
Creators (individuals producing digital or physical creative work)

Exhibitors may offer digital products, physical products, in‑person services, local promotions, or any lawful commercial activity.

Dfecho does not request documents, verify identity, or validate business legitimacy. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring their activities comply with applicable laws.

2. Listing and Participation Fees

Each offer submitted to GDE requires a non‑refundable listing fee, as published on the event registration page.

Dfecho charges no sales commission on transactions resulting from GDE participation.

Fees may change for future editions, but confirmed listings are not affected.

3. Payment Terms

To maintain transparency and proper attribution of participation fees:

If you are a registered company (Business or Local Shop): use a payment method that clearly identifies the payment as originating from the company.
If you are a Professional or Creator: use a payment method that clearly identifies the payment as originating from you personally.

Payments made using mismatched or ambiguous payment sources may result in delays or rejection of the listing.

4. Acceptable Content and Conduct

Exhibitors can exhibit almost anything across 10 dynamic categories, including:

Digital products & services
Physical products & services
Expertise & consultations
Mystery boxes
Flash sales & Lucky Hour mega‑deals
Spin‑to‑Win gamified offers
Gift cards, tokens & coupons
Skill‑sharing sessions
Pro bono & social‑good offerings
Local in‑shop promotions (BOPIS, in‑store deals, etc.)

Dfecho does not support profiles, listings, or content related to:

Adult businesses or explicit content
Terrorism or extremist activity
Hate speech or hateful organizations
Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
Websites using hijacked or deceptive domain names
Violence, threats, or incitement
Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
Discrimination based on protected characteristics
Child exploitation or endangerment

Dfecho may remove any listing or content that violates these rules without refund.

5. Quality and Accuracy of Offers

All offers must be truthful, accurately described, and free from misleading claims.

Exhibitors must clearly state pricing, terms of sale, delivery or pickup expectations, and any limitations.

Counterfeit, fraudulent, or misrepresented products or services are prohibited.

6. Sales, Transactions, and Fulfillment

Exhibitors retain full control over how they complete transactions, including through:

Their own website
Third‑party marketplaces
Physical stores or local pickup
In‑person service delivery
Dfecho DIP (optional checkout system)

Exhibitors are solely responsible for:

Payment processing
Delivery, shipping, or local pickup
Service fulfillment
Refunds, returns, and dispute resolution
Compliance with tax obligations

Dfecho is not a party to any transaction between Exhibitors and buyers.

7. Intellectual Property

Exhibitors must own or have legal rights to all content, images, trademarks, and materials displayed in GDE.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials is prohibited.

Dfecho may remove infringing content without refund.

8. Event Visibility and Promotion

Dfecho may feature or promote selected offers at its discretion.

Exhibitors grant Dfecho a limited, non‑exclusive right to display their submitted content during the exhibition and in related promotional materials.

9. Participant Responsibilities

Exhibitors agree to:

Maintain professional conduct
Respond promptly to buyer inquiries
Honor all advertised deals and commitments
Avoid spam, manipulation, or unfair practices
Ensure all content is lawful, safe, and appropriate for a global audience

10. Suspension or Removal

Dfecho may suspend or remove a Participant from GDE if:

They violate these Terms or the General Terms & Conditions
Their content is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate
They engage in fraudulent or unethical behavior
They fail to comply with event guidelines

No refunds will be issued for removals due to violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 GDE is designed to maximize exposure and create opportunities for Businesses, Local Shops, Professionals, and Creators. However, outcomes such as traffic, sales, or customer engagement depend on many factors outside Dfecho’s control.

11.2 While Dfecho provides the stage, Exhibitors remain responsible for:

Their own business performance and revenue
Disputes between buyers and Exhibitors, unless your business is endorsed by Dfecho.
Ensuring delivery of products or services
Handling any third‑party tools or platforms they choose to use

11.3 By joining GDE, Exhibitors acknowledge that they carry the responsibility for their commercial success, while Dfecho provides the environment to contribute to maximazing your visibility and sales.
