Lesson 5 of Godly Wisdom: Rapture and End-Times Prophecy Deception

Don’t chase predictions. Don’t chase religion. Don’t fear the unknown. Just abide. That is the transformative wisdom of God.

Will there even be a rapture—and when would it be?

Jesus said, “No one knows the day or the hour—not the angels in heaven, not the Son of Man, but only the Father.” So yes, there will be a rapture, but no one knows when. Not even Jesus knows the time.

So who are we, as humans, to predict the rapture? What kind of life or influence can we truly build on speculation and End-Times prophecy deception? Abide. Be prepared. Step away from deceptive talks—and be at peace.

Just like Jesus, choose preparation over panic. Choose friendship with Jesus and a direct, intimate parent-child relationship with God—rather than obsession with signs and deceptive miracles. Choose to run to Jesus—not to buildings, personalities, or trending prophecies.

God calls us to be ready—not by calculating dates, but by cultivating faith in God, the father of all. Jesus didn’t ask us to decode the end. He asked us to follow Him. The rapture is not a countdown—it’s a call to commitment.

Jesus warned us: “No one knows the day or the hour.” (Matthew 24:36) Yet many still try to predict, persuade, and provoke. But the truth is simple: we’re not called to predict the rapture—we’re called to prepare for it.

So where should we run to?

  • Not to a church building.
  • Not to religion.
  • Not to a charismatic leader.
  • Not to culture.
  • Not to anyone claiming supernatural or healing powers.

We run to Jesus—our only refuge, our only truth.

As Jesus declared: “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6)

And as God revealed through Scripture: “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

What Does Spiritual Readiness Look Like Today?

  • Abiding in Christ through unwavering faith, prayer, Scripture, and peace of mind.
  • Living with integrity, humility, and love—not fear, frenzy, or arrogance.
  • Refusing to be distracted by sensationalism or spiritual shortcuts.
  • Anchoring your hope in Jesus—not in dates, dreams, religion, or doctrines.

This kind of preparation may feel quiet—even countercultural. But it’s the kind that endures. It’s the kind that saves.

Reflection

Tap into timeless Godly wisdom—lessons that speak to the heart, challenge the mind, and inspire lasting transformation.

  • Let’s unlearn deceptive facts.
  • Let’s stay focused on the right picture.
  • Let’s unlearn our distractions.
  • Let’s be radically human—and be at peace.
  • Abide in Jesus, our anchor alone—the only true Savior.
  • And let God alone be God.

Jesus made it clear: “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come.” (Matthew 24:42)

When we release the need to control the timeline or seek miracles from worldly voices, we make space for trust, peace of mind, and transformation. The future belongs to God alone—because only He holds the full story.

  • Today, choose preparation over prediction.
  • Choose Christ over chaos.
  • Choose to run—not to noise and deception, but to Jesus.
